Maybe I Should Have Read Your Post in Detail!
Obviously you are an experienced runner. The most beneficial info I have reviewed on running form is Chi Running. I use the basic theory in all the marathons I run. It has good recommendations regarding posture and arm movements and running efficiently. I think it works best for longer races.....I don’t buy into everything they recommend but utilizing many of their techniques has made a significant difference for me.
