Programs and have been able to put on about 6 lbs a year. In order to gain this weight I’ve had to cut out all cardio. I can no longer run a 4:30 mile but I also weigh 30 lbs heavier than I did 10 yrs ago.
I’m 34 and people always say my metabolism will slow down but it still hasn’t. If I don’t meticulous track my caloric intake I naturally lose weight every time.
Oh, and my brothers have the exact opposite problem as me. They each out weight me by 30-50 lbs.
