I just collected all my w2s to mail out. It is nearly impossible to find a good young worker. After seeing this pile of w2s for young 2 weeks of work garbage, I'm done hiring them.

There might by 1 in 10 who is good at working but I'm exhausted with the search.

Side note, my dad never made a lot of money but that man is as hard a worker as you'll find. I'm so grateful he's my dad and that I inherited his work ethic. My goal with my children is to teach work ethic mixed with the knowledge of today.
