We nickname them, hands in pockets. They're actually worse than millennials.
It is what it is. I think a lot of the poor work ethic is stemmed from the way their parents raised them. I was watching Kevin Hart's new thing on Netflix. I didn't even make it through 1 episode, it was so dumb. Anyway, he talks about how strict his mom was with him and how that made him who he is. Now he's the opposite with his kids. It's a funny cycle.
I just hope I'm not raising worthless workers. I don't think I am but I think a lot about that.
