Been lifting for 10+ yrs. Every year it get's lower and has been 0 for the last
couple yrs.
My goal is adding muscle and losing fat and there is just not enough value in cardio for the time I have allotted for working out.

Zero. My warmup is going lighter on my first set for more reps.

I hit snooze 4 times, so I think 36 minutes.

I begin each day's lift by reviewing yesterday's session

Interesting. Goal is endurance and not muscle gain/weight loss? Of course, it

I set the stop watch and just jump rope for a full hour 6 days a week. It keeps the weigh off and I maintain good

Wow. That's a lot of jumping. Not sure my joints would love that routine.

When done correctly it should be relatively low impact. Your ankles should absorb most of the shock

I do a warmup set, lift, then I do cardio. I never do cardio before lifting.

My PT said results from lifting are better if you do cardio first.

What does that even mean? Are they thinking your endurance is improved? Id argue cardio before lifting just makes

I actually don't know. I just defer to authority.

sorry to say - a PT isn't some kind of performance expert. They just know how

At my gym they're mostly exercise science majors, and they're all in great

Well that’s a plus. Personal trainers that aren’t in good shape need to get a different job.

5 minutes of warmup cardio, followed by about 5-10 minutes of dynamic stretching.

None. Just stretch for 5-8 minutes before.
