We had an agreement to get rebroadcast rights for our home games, that the MWC

conveniently forgot to leave out of the paperwork. It was brought up by BYU, assured that we'd still get them, then it wasn't.... It really upset BYU because TheMTN owned rebroadcast rights and leveraged then to try to get more money from cable providers. TheMTN saw byuTV as a threat to distribution.
