I think it was a verbal agreement, not a contractual one, so no legal basis for

a lawsuit. At least that is what I remember hearing at the time. BYU and Thompson had discussions and we received verbal assurances we would get the rights, but the MTN did not agree and the MWC left it/were unable to get that into the final contract.
