I have a contrarian viewpoint. Having spec built over 100 homes, mostly in
St. George, there are many things you learn on how to accomplish a satisfactory result. I am not nor have I ever been a general contractor but I have been very involved with overseeing the subcontractors etc. Don't just take one persons' result and shy away from doing it yourself. It can be done successfully and has been by many people.
