I'm almost done with school in Chicago. My wife and I are looking to head to Phoenix area when done and are frustrated by the garages being the focus of the home. Astheticly, it's probably the last thing you'd want to focus on, yet it's the first and most prominent thing you see on ~97% of homes. Such a stupid design concept.
