i saw a home on zillow last june that was in foreclosure. We knocked on the door and they were not in foreclosure anymore but wanted to sell the house. Amazingly enough, the lady was a real estate agent.

we put an offer on the home contingent on the sale of our home. Our home didn't sell in 2 months so we just took it off the market, real estate agreement closed.

Fast forward to today, we want to sell again and I approached the lady again because she never put her house up for sale but she wants to sell her home. We really like the location of the house. SHe wants to be our realtor to sell our home but I just shook hands with a realtor friend for a small flat fee. I am thinking about reconsidering so I can get her to sell my home and then get into her home.

But, I don't want to pay her a huge commission, but maybe I have too in order to get her house??

Any advice here on what I should do? How can we work this together so both parties are happy?

I'm dumb with real estate stuff, all's I know is that 4.5-6% is a huge amount of money I really don't want to pay, but who knows?
