He’s a nice guy and he’s Kalani’s friend but based on substance and merit, what does he do well for the team and program? Does he recruit well? Who has he brought in? Does he develop well? Who? Is he good with x’s & O’s? How? You better believe if there is going to be nepotism there is going to be scrutiny.
