Last week a girl in my daughters class accidentally dropped her AirPods
On the ground and my daughter, who didn’t see them, stepped on them and broke the case. The girl, who I guess is pretty unstable for being in an AP class, goes off on her about doing it on purpose. My daughter says she didn’t see them, says sorry and leaves.
Yesterday the girl and a few friends cornered my daughter and demand she pay for them. My daughter says she felt afraid and gave her $20, all she had at the moment.
Would that concern you enough to go to the administration?

Let me clarify. Should the stepper be held financially responsible? No. Would I offer to pay anyway if I was the stepper
