car that was parked in the parking lot right behind the backstop. I would never, ever, park in that spot but this lady did and it broke her windshield. You can make a good argument that we weren't responsible for it, in fact there are signs all over ball parks telling people to park at their own risk, etc. but I offered to pay her deductible and she accepted my offer and I paid it.

If it had been the reverse I would have declined to have her pay mine but that's OK, she accepted my offer and I paid it. Life goes on.
