Fun to say, but obviously your wrist and elbow are doing most of the work. And

Your wrist and hand are doing almost all the work to keep the ball trajectory on a path to the center of the rim.  And like another poster said, it is a lot of mental focus to repeat the same movement exactly the same way every time in a high pressure situation.

Kinda like Happy Gillmore's "It's all in the hips."  Yeah...no.
