Not true. If all you have is a high NET, or high KenPom etc. you have nothing.
More important is the NET of those you beat.
We are 3-4 in Q1 games and 4-3 in Q2 games. The teams ahead of us have better records there.
While our close losses don't hurt us much in the predictive metrics, they also don't add anything to our resume. BYU is a better team than their resume shows right now, and resume is what is going to impact seeding.
6 range is pretty fair right now.
