I believe this is the most likely scenario
BYU can only play in the West or Midwest regions. In both of those regions, they can only play in:
St. Louis- 6/11, 3/14 in both regions
Spokane- 1/16, 8/9, 4/13, 5/12 in West. Gonzaga is projected as the 1 seed here, so I doubt that BYU is going to Spokane (unless BYU beats the Zags in Vegas).
Tampa- 7/10, 2/15 in West
St. Louis- 6/11, 3/14 in both regions
