I would even narrow that down to primarily O-lineman. Speed and explosion are important for D-lineman and we've had a
really hard time in recent years with guys never seeming to stay healthy or hit their potential after missions. Troy Hinds being the primarily example of a guy who really never played after his mission. Hopefully this trend ends. But in any case, I think missions are more of a benefit to O-lineman since a mature body/frame is more important then speed and explosion.
