...Emery wasn't the elite shooter that Toolson is and Yoeli's game is less dependent on playing back to the basket than Mika's. Also we get more 3 pt shooting from Yoeli than we did with Mika. Also, Toolson generally doesn't shoot us out of games like Emery did and he will adjust his game when his shot is off or pass out of double teams, etc where Emery would just continue to shoot with impunity and he loved taking off balance "in your face" statement shots.
I think the pairing of Yoeli and Toolson give us better spacing and more efficient shooting than the pairing of Emery and Mika (more so because of Emery than because of Mika).
