into the selection process of a venue. 1) Daily rental fees, 2) Staffing (ie concessions, security, police, etc) 3) Concession Revenue Splits (ie does the venue give the conference a cut of concession revenue, alcohol sales, etc) 4) Parking Revenue Splits (same as in concessions), 5) Merchandise (Will the venue allow schools/conferences to sell their respective schools merchandise?), 6) Does the venue allow outside sponsors sold by WCC officials for the tournament (if so, this is big revenue for the conference), plus many more components. All of this has to be factored into your argument. For all we know, this venue gives the WCC the most favorable terms in Vegas, in comparison to other Vegas venues (ie Thomas & Mack, etc).
