tape that exist for labs to test for a pandemic like this outside the state designated lab. The federal governments has never had success talking to all the different healthcare entities throughout the country. It is such a massive job and headache to even think of doing something like that. Everyone has their own internal way of talking to among themselves. They do not want to add on another layer and software to update and learn in the event of a nationwide emergency. Healthcare is a business and doing something like that is time and that would lose them money.

There are so many red tape problems. I work at the county level and see them....I do not have the brains, money, or power to solve them 🙂
