Make Mexico our new "China"
Solves a couple problems.
Makes it more attractive to stay in Mexico with good jobs so fixes issues with immigration.. Eliminates the drug cartels (with the help of the US military). Get rid of our too heavy reliance on China. 7 days via train is much better than 7 weeks by boat.
