Just got off an industry call with national restaurant CEOs
Things are bleak. QSR restaurants are surviving fine--they are already built for drive-thru and takeout. Fast casuals are having to adjust but some will make it. Most casual or fine dining are in real trouble. One panelist estimated that 20-25% of restaurants will go away permanently.
We're about a week into this and the damage is nigh unto irreparable.
