At that rate'd be over 1,200 a day in a week, and 6,000 deaths a day in two weeks. I don't think it will come to that because of the measures we're taking, but given that the death rate per infection doesn't seem to be coming down even as tens of thousands of new cases are confirmed, it seems safe to assume that it would if we didn't do something to stop the exponential growth.
