I know it sounds like a great idea, "more doctors! What could go wrong?"

Well, these are straight out of medical school and, truth be told, their clinical experience is very low. There is a ton of hand holding in July (when interns normally start). I think that having the newly minted docs start in April just means less time for skilled doctors to care for the patients.

Good on paper, probably bad in practice.
