Dave's advice is fine. Most people that buy his courses and books have..
Expensive courses and books. Dave sells advice and is rich because of it, not because he follows his own advice.
Most people that have bought his products are still in terrible economic shape. Only a small portion of them ever reach the success he sells. There is nothing wrong with the courses or what he is preaching.
I have never bought his course and I have all the items you listed checked off because they are pretty common sense. Self discipline is the key.
