I was a bit off earlier. 2 g of fiber, 130 calories, 20 g of protein. I knew I remembered the calories correctly, wasn't sure about the others.

And thank you for the tip about avocado and eggs! I love avocado and put it on toast sometimes. That sounds amazing and eggs and would fill me up a bit more.
