There is literally no path to 100% avoidance of CV-19, unless you shut your door, don't pick up mail, packages, etc. You'd have to go to extreme lengths, which nobody is doing including you. My exposure is extremely low, but it could happen just by opening the mailbox and sorting through the mail.

What about all the people that work in health care or another industry with high exposure? Should we tell them to move out?

My roommates and I have communicated that we'll all be prudent in our approach. We trust each other that we won't do anything with high exposure risk.
