Heritage is full already, at least for girls. My freshman-to-be daughter is looking for housing right now
She wanted heritage, but was too late. She's looking for apartments right now.
For your son to have his own space, he'll probably need to be off campus. Google the BYU housing guide, and scroll down a bit. They should have options for you.
