Game Changer All-American

At this point, I would take the original Mountain West; keep BYU, Utah, and TCU,

and add Boise State to make a 10-team conference. Then I would have BYU aggressively schedule Big 12 and Pac-12 teams as much as possible for non-conference games. Have scheduling agreements with Hawaii and Notre Dame in football, and Gonzaga and St. Mary's in basketball. Keep playing Utah State and Weber State as we currently do.

And then, absolutely most importantly: WIN!!! Consistently. Every year.
