Pacific:

USC
UCLA
Arizona
ASU

Plains:

Texas
OU
Oklahoma State
Texas A&M

Each team would play the 3 others in their division and rotation of 3 teams from each of the other two divisions. Teams with top two records regardless of division would play for conference championship.
