Can we agree that if we have a KNOWN pool of infected persons, the rate is
accurate?
If we have a sample pool of 205,000 CONFIRMED cases and 4500 deaths occur within that confirmed sample pool.. can we agree that the death rate is over 2% for people that have a confirmed positive?
