10mm is what would be expected if Italy's numbers are correct
Assuming that the Chinese did contain COVID19 to only half of their population with their restrictions, then 10mm is the baseline for what we should see. Covering up 10mm deaths in a country with a billion people is not really that hard. Even if the Chinese contained COVID19 to 25% of their population with their restrictions, then they will have at least 2.5mm deaths. The deaths in China will be measured in millions from November 2019 to today.
