Assuming 50% of the people in China were infected, that's about a 1% mortality rate. Our health care infrastructure is far superior to China's. They also have over 800 million people living in big cities, which are far more susceptible to this virus as we're seeing in NYC. Remember, New York is only a medium sized city by China's standards. Our mortality rate and infection rate should be much lower based on our population distribution and health care capabilities.
