those that put in the time but this is life. In my work, if I didn't acheive at a high rate I would be gone or relegated to a much lower pay scale. It is a tough life lesson but just because "you were here first or longest" doesn't give you any right to playing time. It isn't community ball anymore. This is real and do you sit someone like TJ when he was a Freshman damaging his chance of setting records which could lead to a professional career (NBA or otherwise)? As for the coach, his livelihood is at risk with almost every game.
I do appreciate when coaches "reward" those less gifted players with playing time but I understand when they are not relied upon to be a required contributor or more precisely not in the rotation.
