They’ve earned the right to decide who gets minutes and if we need to bring in new bodies. Play the guys who give you the best chance to Win. Capital W means not just win today but to win in a program sense. Building for something bigger for the team. Sometimes that means winning today sometimes it means setting a tone or a culture that will keep the team on a growth trajectory even if it means losing today.

But for us fans, I agree we need to give the bench guys a chance. Not just diss and dismiss and downgrade because we haven’t seen much. We need to give em a chance to develop and grow into new roles that will pay off in the futures. That was my personal approach this year and I was shocked at what happened.
