I haven't been able to reign mine in that much but seems like I'm not too far
off from where you are.
In fairness, he claims that the "small group" is just about the same people every day (and has even started sending my wife pics to prove it), and yes he does see his girlfriend, and as you said there aren't really a lot of places for them to go. the time they spend is usually outdoors and then to fast food drive through somewhere.
I tried to get him to just cut the "going out" in half, but with more thought Im not sure that helps anyway unless he were hanging with different groups of kids on different nights. If it's the same small group, then every other day probably not much better then every day.
