It's really hard. We've had to be big meanies and just say no. We have flat out

told our teenager she's being selfish and only thinking of herself. It's been really hard for me to see my child being so selfish. She has no reason for wanting to go out except to see friends. Meanwhile people with much greater needs are staying home. I have to keep reminding me she only has half a brain at this age.
