His chief complaint is that we’re not making data driven decisions. Okay, well that’s because we don’t have good data. So...thanks for pointing that out? Until we get the data (which by the way is a convoluted mess of a problem in and of itself), the decisions will probably continue to be less than stellar. Nevertheless, decisions need to be made, and given the semi-unprecedented nature of this whole thing, we probably won’t know which decisions are good ones until we have some hindsight in the rearview mirror.
