Because those conversations are surely happening. Just behind closed doors. I kinda feel like this happens with every major organizational decision though. The behind the scenes stuff is complex and the public only gets a watered down version of what’s really going on back there. The watered down version makes it look like the leaders only have half a clue, when in reality it’s just a lot to explain. So it ultimately comes down to how much do you trust the guys in charge.
