obsession on things over which one has little to any control is counterproductive. Take time to be informed and educated on the issues and some of the solutions that are being proposed and approved, but take time away for your sanity. Yes, your family needs a way to survive, but more importantly than that, your family needs a “healthy” you. Time away from constant bad news is therapeutic.
