btw, it's not "being a jerk to police" not to show your ID when you've done nothing wrong, even in Colorado which is a stop and identify state... please clearly articulate what crime was being committed here?
"Stop and identify" statutes are laws in several U.S. states that authorize police[1] to lawfully order people whom they reasonably suspect of a crime to state their name.
