Undercounted when everyone is looking for it.
I find that much more unlikely than the opposite. Covid folks aren’t dying at home and they are trying to identify them in hospitals in order to quarantine them. Plus hospitals are financially incentivized to find them. So I find it unlikely there’s a lot of underreporting of covid deaths
