new tests are in development with some tests having a 15 min turnaround time. In 2 weeks time the US went from the laughing stock of the world to the most aggressive at testing (45,000) new cases added today which represents a fraction of the total tests conducted. With advancements in testing (which is all but assured), you should continue to see numbers in the wild start to improve and mimic the numbers from the Cruise Ship and the data should bare this out.
