i didn't want Bronco to go but I am sure he was sick of the fans that were ...

constantly riding him and critical of him.

Bronco did what he was hired to do
- clean up the program
- return it to winning
- go to bowl games and win

I think Bronco is a football coach first and not necessarily wedded to BYU, so when it reached a certain point, he was done.

He said he would not stay forever, too many fans were hyper critical of him (and started on his wife that was probably the final straw) he couldn't beat Utah any more bc PACXII membership really hindered BYU's ability to win the recruiting battle.

KS hasn't provided ANY special seasons thus far. Bronco is lightyears ahead of KS, but I think this is more a BYU issue.
