FED may have unlimited money to print but there's no substitute for productivity
Over time, when productivity declines, the economy and financial markets go South.
If productivity bounces back quickly, then the FED's extraordinary subsidies can smooth out the consequences of productivity disruptions. We still pay the price, but it will be spread over many years. Future generations can pick up the tab for us.
