Jackson is sitting at 45 cases with only 210 tested out of a population of 23,000

We have a lower case/population rate than Vail, Park City, and Sun Valley, but it's impossible to understand the severity without the testing. That makes it difficult to determine the end. Are we just getting started? Is it not as severe as expected? Did we already have it?
