data anymore, by definition, would it?
What hospitals across the nation besides NYC and a few other pockets are as loaded or more loaded than they expected? I can find very little info on hospital overload that isn’t a few weeks old. Curious. I’m sure there are some out there but everyone that I know in the medical community are not as busy as expected and there is nothing trending in most areas that would indicate it will change anytime soon. Lots of other people are reporting the same thing. Empirical evidence. Haven’t heard anything to the contrary. Have you? From where? New Orleans? Ok, yea, there are some pockets, but on the most part the lack of reporting about it either way is quite curious when you think about it.
Think about it. If hospitals were overloaded across the nation it would be splashed all over the local, state, and national media. That’s what the media loves. But all we’re seeing is 24/7 “experts” saying this, no that, no this, no that.
The models are not matching up.
Look, I’m not saying things are black and white one way or another. It was an interesting article that didn’t make any statements contrary to any solid info out there that I can find as of April 9, 2020.
