Sitake's heart isn't into making this team better. That was obvious from the horrible outing vs. SDSU (not to mention Toledo and USF). We had already traveled to Florida to watch BYU lay an egg vs. a terrible team, dropping eight on defense nearly the entire second half when we knew their QB couldn't throw a pass due to injury. I was tired of watching stupid football. Sitake has proved that when he's coaching for his job, he can get his team ready to play well. He can follow up a USF loss with a BSU win - even going for it on fourth down late in the game at his own 35 for the win. But, once he got his contract renewed, Sitake went back to Toledo/USF Sitake. I already ruined a Florida trip in 2019 and didn't want to add Hawaii to the list. Glad I didn't - as we watched KS abandon the guts that got him a win vs. BSU and make the two dumbest play calls of the season at mid-field on third and two when a first down would have WON THE GAME (with Hawaii having no time outs - BYU calls a stupid pass play, stops the clock for Hawaii, then punts- as dumb and gutless as it gets).

We've had season tickets for BYU football since 2005. We are done traveling from LV to Provo for every home game unless and until Sitake can demonstrate he truly does - for once - desire to earn his position as the highest paid employee of BYU instead of being the highest paid fun uncle of all time.
