Ranking the top players of the last 40 years by both career wins-above-replacement (WAR) and peak-WAR.
Most of the usual candidates are near the top. But, what I find most fascinating is that, it has John Stockton as #3 (behind only Jordan and James). And, if you look at career WAR, John Stockton is #1 (due to his longevity).
