I love Karl but he benefited way more from John Stockton than people think.
Early in the the Nash SUNS days, everyone thought Amare Stoudamire was an MVP candidate but he was injury prone and we were able to see that it was really Nash who was carrying that ship.
I think if Malone was injured more we would have been able to see that Stockton was the real keystone to that team.
